Setting Up Free Public Internet Access Computer Stations

"In 5 minutes I had three machines up and ready for service... This is a real answer to prayer. Thanks so much. It saved me hours and is exactly what we needed. Bravo Bravo Bravo."

Natural disasters can leave individuals and families with urgent needs, and established relief agencies work hard to assist with the vital and immediate needs:   food, clothing, and shelter.  We founded PublicWebStations.com to address the significant secondary needs that quickly arise:  to be able to communicate with others, to get news and information, and to file online for available assistance programs.  Our free software download lets you turn older, used computers into freely-available, no-maintenance public web stations that can serve as a crucial lifeline both for the displaced and for the aid workers who have come to help them.

We are dedicated to helping providing free Internet access and technology assistance in disaster relief shelters.  We have been contacted by many organizations and individuals who are interested in donating their time, money, and resources to helping in this effort.  This website project provides an opportunity for those with needs to connect with those who want to provide help or equipment.  We also show you how to set up free public web stations using older, easy-to-find computers.
